In the continuous efforts to engage the D.C. community, the Howard University Department of Athletics will host "Own The Night 2.0" Tuesday night. The event provides an evening of positivity and sportsmanship while promoting initiatives around public safety.

Also, fans can join the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) in donating toys today at your favorite MEAC school. All toys will be given to local children in need during the holiday season and the MEAC school who collects the most toys by December 1 will be given tickets to the Celebration Bowl in Atlanta on December 18.

Both teams squared against each other two years ago. However, Tuesday's matchup will mark the first time the meeting will count as a regular season game for Howard under the Blakeney era.

UDC
UDC faces Howard in its first exhibition game of the 2021-2022 season. The team is led by head coach Mike Riley, who is in his eighth season with the Firebirds.
