WASHINGTON (February 4, 2019) --- Howard University women's volleyball has announced its 2019 summer camp schedule. The Bison coaching staff will host different skills camps for individuals or groups of various grade levels at Howard University. Elite Camp
Dates: May 18-19; July 27-28
The Bison Elite camp is designed to bring intensity and growth that only comes from training like the Bison Volleyball team. Coach Kupferberg and his camp staff will challenge high-level players raise their game through intense on-court play and interactive training sessions. This camp is designed to give you a glimpse of what it is like to train as part of the Bison program and to experience Howard University and all it has to offer. Camp includes 4 training sessions plus a campus tour and an experiential learning session that includes exposure to areas such as nutrition, strength & conditioning, academics, and current student athletes.

Saturday: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM & 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM & 1:00 PM - 3:30 PM

Bison Camp
Dates: July 15-19
This camp is designed for players entering grades 4th – 8th. Bison Camp will offer instruction & training in the skills and techniques of passing, setting, attacking, serving and defense.

Team Camp
Dates: July 29-31
Team Camp is designed for you to get your team ready for this Fall with challenging yet fun environment! You will receive a coach that will help your team work on offensive & defensive schemes, line-ups and positional training. It will also include a team building session and tournament play during the afternoon sessions. It WILL NOT INCLUDE housing or food, teams will be on their own for meals.
Minimum of 8 athletes required per high school team.

Satellite Team Camps
Howard volleyball staff will come to your school and work with your coaches to prepare your athletes for the upcoming season. These camps are completely custom made for developmental needs and to best fit your schedule. Minimum of 12 campers.
