Ty Grace and the Howard University Women's Basketball team stumbled on the road at No. 15 Maryland, 111-49, inside the XFINITY Center.
HU (0-4) was unable to find a rhythm, shooting only 29-percent (16-of-55) from the floor. Sophomore guard
Asia McCants led the way with a team-high 10 points in a losing effort.
After intermission, Howard shot a respectable 41-percent (7-of-17) in the third, including 43-percent (3-of-7) from downtown.

Imani Bryant chipped in eight points and a team-high five boards in the loss.
Despite shooting only 21-percent (5-of-24) in the first half, HU stayed aggressive and reached the charity stripe 12 times. Overall, the Bison shot 75-percent (9-of-12) from the foul line.
For Maryland (3-2), they shot 55-percent (41-of-75) from the field. Brianna Fraser and Kristen Confroy each recorded a double-double while Stephanie Jones had a game-high 24 points on 10-of-14 shooting.
On Nov. 25, Howard concludes its four-game road trip against Siena. Game-time is set for 4:30 p.m.
