RESULTS NEWARK, NJ --- The Howard swimming & diving programs completed their regular season schedule on Saturday afternoon with a trio of matchups against the Manhattan College Jaspers and the host Highlanders of the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
The women's team earned three victories in their dual meet matchup against Manhattan. Sophomore
Ayana Cox defeated three Manhattan swimmers to win the 200 Yard Freestyle with a time of 2:04.24. Freshman
Danielle Brown continued her recent success with a victory in the 100 Yard Butterfly, also fending off a trio of Jaspers with a time of 1:00.86.

Benta Horton-Gee and senior Brianna Dillon to claim victory in the 200 Yard Freestyle Relay, besting Manhattan's top squad by more than two seconds. Howard's "B" squad of freshman

Kayla Walker and freshman
Tierra Horton placed third in the event (1:53.96), almost four seconds ahead of the Jasper's "B" team.
On the men's side, seniors
Dexter Brown and
Benjamin Skelding posted the best performances for the Bison in their tri-meet against Manhattan and NJIT. Brown finished third in the 100 Yard Breaststroke with a mark of 1:04.64 while Skelding's 57.81 in the 100 Yard Backstroke was good enough for fourth. Brown, Skelding, senior

Dante Williams combined to finish third in the 200 Yard Freestyle Relay with a time of 1:35.50.
OTHER NOTES- Dillon finished second in the 1000 Yard Freestyle (11:44.76)
- Horton and Johnson finished 3-4 in the 200 Yard IM (2:34.48 / 2:37.22)
Howard will await placements in the upcoming Coastal Collegiate Swimming Association (CCSA) Championships, to be held from February 18-21 at the Gabrielsen Natatorium in Athen, GA.
