BALTIMORE, MD --- In a battle of unbeaten Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) teams, the Howard women's volleyball team lost to the Morgan State University Bears 3-1 (25-22, 16-25, 25-18, 25-19) at Hill Field House.
MATCH HIGHLIGHTS- Sophomore outside hitter
Khaila Donaldson tallied 14 kills to register her 12th double-digit attacking match of the season. She was also one dig shy of her eighth double-double of the year. Donaldson also led the Bison with four blocks (two solos, two assists).

Tamia Dockery and junior
Briana Jackson logged 17 and 16 assists, respectively. The setter duo have posted 10 or more assists each in all but four games this season, with Jackson reaching the plateau in every match.

Morgan Marlbrough had 10 digs to lead Howard while junior outside hitter
Katherine Broussard joined Donaldson with nine digs. Broussard also had a match high three service aces.

reshman outside hitter Joi Walls (.500; 7-1-12) and junior middle blocker
Janaya Hampton (.385; 8-3-13) had the best hitting percentages of the match for the Bison.
- Howard tied the match at 1-1 with a strong Set 2 performance but gave up the lead and the match in the third and fourth sets.
- The defeat kept the Bison from its third consecutive victory and extending its longest streak of the season.
