WASHINGTON, DC --- For the first time since 2008, the Howard University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and Bison Express will welcome a new group of members into the Howard Athletics Hall of Fame.
The Class of 2014 induction will take place on Friday, September 26
th at the Marriott Wardman Park, located at 2660 Woodley Road, NW, Washington, DC, 20006. There will be a 6 p.m. reception that precedes the 7 p.m. ceremony.
The members of the 2014 class include (* indicate posthumous induction):

The induction ceremony will kick off an event-filled weekend that spans from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon.
On Saturday, September 27, the Bison Football team will play its "Hall of Fame" Game against the Aggies of North Carolina A&T State University at 1 p.m. in Greene Stadium. The entire Hall of Fame class will be acknowledged during halftime of the game.
On Sunday, September 28 at 1 p.m. the Howard Men's Soccer team will host Robert Morris University in their final non-conference home game of the season. At halftime of the game, the 1974 NCAA Championship team will be honored to celebrate the 40
th anniversary of their title run.
Prior to each contest, there will be a tailgate beginning at 11 a.m. near the stadium.
