WASHINGTON, DC --- Wallace Spencer has been named the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Men's Indoor Track and Field Performer of the Week.

Spencer, a senior from Chester, PA, is having an outstanding indoor season.  In his latest outing at the Gulden Invitational at Bucknell this past Saturday, Spencer captured the 60 meters with a time of 6.91.  The versatile Spencer finished second in the 60-metter hurdles with a time of 8.06 and in the 200 meters with a time of 21.91.

Spencer's time in the 60 meters is the best in the MEAC this season.

Others who received honorable mention were Skylar Buchanan and Jasmin Selby.  Buchanan, a sophomore from Duarte, CA from finished second in the 60 meters with a time of 7.73 and third in the 200 meters (25.68) at the Gulden Invitational.  Selby, a senior from Baltimore, MD, placed second in the 400 meters with a time of 57.57.
