Personal: Sydney Jackson came to the nation's capital from Woodlands High School in Texas. The middle blocker lettered one year and stood second on the team with 2.1 blocks and a .290 hitting percentage. As the team captain, she was named Defensive Player of the Year and placed on the 6A All-District Second Team. She was an All-Tournament Team selection at the Leander Tournament and helped her team rank fifth in Texas. In the classroom, Jackson was a four-year academic letter recipient and a 6A Academic All-District honoree.
