Biography

High School: Marie Begel is made the transition to Howard from Harvard-Westlake High School in California. She was a two-year letter winner under head coach Adam Black. An opposite hitter, she was tabbed as the team's Most Valuable Player at the Global Challenge in Pula, Croatia. Begel did not get the chance to play with her team during the 2016 season due to studying abroad in Germany. She played her club ball for San Gabriel Elite.
