In 2023, Jamieson Lee joined the Howard University women's volleyball team as an assistant coach.
In 2023, Lee helped the Bison to a 17-15 overall mark (11-3 MEAC) and a postseason berth to the NIV (National Invitational Volleyball) Tournament. Additionally, she saw Rya McKinnon win MEAC Player of the Year for the second consecutive season while earning AVCA All-Region honors. Middle blocker Cimone Woodard and made the All-MEAC First Team while setter Kayla Diaz and libero Claire Simpson were selected to the All-MEAC Second Team.
