2023-24 [Freshman]: Walker appeared in 29 games, starting 16 ... Ranked 1st on the team in Field Goals Made with 116 and 1st in Three-Point Field Goals Made with 52 ... Led the team in Free Throw Percentage at 79.6% ... Averaged 11.3 points per game, ranking 2nd on the team with 327 total points ... Ranked 3rd on the team in Free Throws Made with 43 ... Averaged 3.0 rebounds per game ... Named MEAC Rookie of the Week five times ... A consistent offensive threat and key contributor from the perimeter, Walker made a strong impact in her debut season.


High School: Walker hails from Kansas City where she finished 26 points shy of 2,000 career points in high school. In her senior year, she guided DME Academy to a 26-3 mark, which ranked ninth in MaxPrep Top 25.  She was named MVP three times in high school, and was on the 2018 Gold Ball Championship team as well as the 2021 SIAA Conference Championship teams. Academically, she was a member of the National Honors Society all years in high school while accumulating a 3.5 grade point average.

Personal: Nickname is Ty...chose Howard because it was the best fit academically/athletically and a lot of success people come out of Howard...her hobby is drawing in her free time...a goal is to one day start her own women’s athletic clothing line...she admires her parents the most because the drive and ambition they have in life is something she strives to have in the future...her favorite foods are burgers and seafood...three individuals she would invite to dinner are Maya Moore, her mother, and Steph Curry...her favorite sports team is the Golden State Warriors...her celebrity look-a-like is Jhene Aiko while her favorite musical artist is Jazmine Sullivan.
