2022: Finished with a .250 batting average in 14 games … Had three hits in 12 at-bats … Had hits in games against North Carolina A&T on Feb. 12 and 13 and Mount St. Mary’s on March 5 … Two of her three hits went for extra bases … Doubled against North Carolina A&T on Feb. 12 and tripled the following day against North Carolina A&T … Stole only base of the season against Bryant on March 14 … Helped Howard finish with a school-record 31 victories, and its second MEAC tournament championship for the second time in program (first 2007) … The Bison competed in the NCAA Tournament’s Tallahassee Regional where it played Florida State and Mississippi State.

2022: Named to the 2022 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Softball All-Academic Team ... batted .250 with five RBIs, four runs scored, four walks and three hits in 14 contests (four starts) ... recorded a double and run scored at North Carolina A&T State (Feb. 12) ... had two RBIs in the win over North Carolina A&T State (Feb. 13) ... scored twice in the victory over South Carolina State (April 15).

2021: Recorded a walk and run scored in her collegiate debut at Norfolk State (March 20) ... registered her first collegiate hit at Norfolk State (March 21) ... walked twice at Norfolk State (March 21).

Personal: She was named the Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association (TSSAA) state runner-up for three consecutive years and received middle/east all-region honors. Additionally, Whatley earned the Laura Hold Outstanding Athlete Award during her junior year, which recognizes the top junior athlete at a girl's preparatory school.
