2025: Claimed the MEAC Player of the Week Award (March 17)... Appeared in 39 games with 36 starts… Finished the season with a .333 batting average, collecting 34 hits, 13 RBI, and nine doubles… Ranked third on the team in total hits and tied for second in doubles… Posted a season-high three hits against Florida A&M (Feb. 14)… scored multiple runs in a game twice, including a two-run performance at North Carolina Central (Mar. 16)… Drove in two runs against the same opponent…Added four sacrifice hits and was successful in four stolen base attempts… Defensively, recorded 56 putouts with only three errors for a .950 fielding percentage.

2024: Named MEAC Rookie of the Week (March 20 and April 30)... Had an impressive debut season, starting 28 of her 36 games played… Hit .329 with 24 hits and 22 RBI across 73 at-bats… Ranked among the team leaders in RBI and sacrifice flies (2)… Posted a season-high three hits at North Carolina Central (Mar. 17) and tallied a season-best five RBI in the same contest… Scored twice and drove in multiple runs on five occasions… Successful on five stolen base attempts… Defensively, recorded 24 putouts and 16 assists on the year.

Personal: Angel is the daughter of Jerry, who played basketball, football, and baseball in high school, and Emi Riggins, who played volleyball in high school. She is also the sister of Fabeina, Jerry Jr. and Jakeem.
