About
Hear from the Bison as they explore Lisbon, Cascais, and Porto on their international trip to Portugal. Howard women's basketball is believed to be the first D1 HBCU women's basketball team to tour and play in Portugal as a group. The 2025 trip serves as their second international trip in three years.
The experience gives the Bison the opportunity to strengthen team unity, play against international teams, broaden our student-athletes’ worldviews through cross-cultural interaction, and enhance the visibility of our program internationally and among Howard alumni.
