Biography

2022: Named to All-MEAC Second Team … Earned a spot on the All-MEAC Tournament Team … Made 39 appearances as a pitcher … Led the MEAC in innings pitched and saves … Also tied for the MEAC lead in wins … Was third in the conference in strikeouts and fifth in earned run average … She compiled a 3.28 earned run average in a team-high 140.2 innings pitched … She led Howard with 15 victories and 11 complete games … She also had three saves and struck out a team-leading 91 batters … Struck out a season best six batters against Coppin State on March 26 and Siena on North Carolina Central on April 6 … Had shutouts against South Carolina State on April 15 and Morgan State on May 14 … Led Howard to the MEAC tournament with two complete-game shutouts while being named the tourney's outstanding performer … Helped Howard finish with a school-record 31 victories, and its second MEAC tournament championship for the second time in program (first 2007) … The Bison competed in the NCAA Tournament’s Tallahassee Regional where it played Florida State and Mississippi State.


2022: Won Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Tournament Outstanding Player ... selected to the MEAC All-Tournament Team ... named to the MEAC Softball All-Academic Team ... nationally, top 35 in total saves ... tops in the conference in several categories, including innings pitched, wins and saves ... appeared in 37 contests (22 starts) with a 3.05 ERA ... produced 90 strikeouts in 133.1 innings while earning three saves ... tossed a no-hitter in the win over Norfolk State (03/18).

2021: Did not play.

2020 (at New Mexico State): Season cut short due to Coronavirus...Made 11 appearances and eight starts...Finished the year with a 6-2 record and a 4.56 ERA...Had 16 strikeouts including a season-best five strikeouts against Bradley on Feb. 7...Her best outing came against nationally ranked Arizona State where she pitched 5.1 innings, allowed no runs and just four hits, helping the Aggies pull off the upset.

2019 (at New Mexico State): Made 24 appearances with 18 starts in the circle… Posted an 8-6 record with a 3.90 ERA and 32 strikeouts… Pitched 9.0 innings at Seattle U (3/29)… Posted five strikeouts against Creighton (2/8)… Pitched four complete games and had a combined shutout against Grand Canyon (4/20)… Tallied a season-high three at bats against Kansas City, (4/24)… Scored two runs and amassed an RBI double against the Roos (4/27)… Drew one walk against Bradley (2/17) and Utah Valley (4/6).

2018 (at New Mexico State): Made 32 appearances including 12 starts… Posted a 4.30 ERA and a 9-5 record in her 88.0 innings of work… Struck out a career-high seven batters against Coastal Carolina (3/3)… Finished season with 51 strikeouts…  Hit her first career home run at UMKC (3/31)… Earned the save in the WAC Tournament title contest (5/12).

High School: Set CIF-Los Angeles City Section single-season record with 408 strikeouts in 197 innings pitched as a junior…also named CIF-Los Angles City Section Co-Pitcher of the Year, Daily Breeze South bay All-Area first-team member, San Pedro News Pilot prep softball player of the year and Coliseum League Player & Pitcher of the Year…named to Cal-Hi Sports All-State Underclass First Team…Named to All-Crosstown League first-team and All-Coliseum League first-team as a freshman and sophomore…has led Port of Los Angeles High School to three-straight league titles and a whopping 89-18 record…posted a 26-4 record in the circle as a junior with a 0.43 earned runs average with an eye-popping 20 shutouts, 5 no-hitters and two perfect games…batted .521 at the plate with an .840 slugging-percentage…went 12-2 during her sophomore campaign with a 2.60 ERA to go with four shutouts and one no-hitter while boasting a .430 batting average and .600 slugging-percentage...had a success freshman year, tossing two shutouts with a 2.55 ERA while hitting .337 from the plate with a .544 slugging-percentage.
