2021 (Spring): Took part in all 14 matches (52 sets) ... led the squad in total kills (117) ... produced six double-digit kill performances ... recorded a season-high 14 kills at Coppin State (Feb. 25) ... notched 11 kills and four total blocks (season-high) versus Delaware State (March 28).

2019: Member of the 2019 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Champions ... played in 31 matches (86 sets played), producing 157 kills and 45 total blocks (two solo) ... had five double-digit kill performances ... racked up 13 kills in the home win over Big Ten foe Rutgers (Sept. 21) ... recorded 13 kills in the home victory over North Carolina Central (Oct. 25) ... registered 13 kills in the home win versus Maryland Eastern Shore (Nov. 10).

2018: Member of the 2018 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Champions ... played in 28 contests (85 sets) ... racked up 197 kills, eight aces and five assists ... the outside hitter recorded a season-high 17 kills at George Mason (Aug. 25) ... post a season-high eight digs versus Navy (Sept. 7).

2017: Member of the 2017 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Champions ... redshirted.

Personal: Marcelle Butler was a three-year letter winner at Sequoyah High School in Georgia ... as a sophomore, she aided the Chiefs in winning the 2014 State Championship ... the squad made it back to the championship game in 2015 but finished as runner ups ... in her senior campaign, Butler helped the team make the Sweet Sixteen on her way to earning All-Area honors. Butler also played for the A5 volleyball club ... her major is Sports Management/Advertising ... chose Howard because she wanted to be apart of the Howard legacy ... her favorite hobby is modeling ... favorite celebrity is Ciara ... if she could invite three people over for dinner they would be: her grandmother, great grandmother and mom ... the person she admires the most is her mom because of her endless support and work ethic.
