WASHINGTON (September 18, 2026) - Starting September 19-20, the Howard men's golf team opens its fall slate at The Goat, hosted by Navy, in Annapolis, Md. The two-day (Sept. 19-20), 54-hole event takes place at the Naval Academy Golf Club.

TOURNAMENT PREVIEW
 
This is the second consecutive year Navy has hosted The Goat Tournament, following last year's event, which marked its first fall tournament since 2016.
 
The teams competing this year include Howard, Binghamton, Bucknell, Colgate, Columbia, UConn, George Mason, Georgetown, George Washington, Harvard, Lafayette, Le Moyne, Loyola Maryland, Navy, Seton Hall and William & Mary.
 
The tournament will be held at the Naval Academy Golf Club over two days and will feature 54 holes of play. The first two rounds begin at 8:30 a.m. Saturday (Sept. 19) and concludes Sunday (Sept. 20) at 8 a.m.
 
LAST TIMEOUT
 
This is the squad's fall opener.
 
Last season, the Bison won their third consecutive NEC Championship.
 
UPCOMING SCHEDULE
 
Starting Sept. 26-27, HU heads to Muncie, Ind., for the Earl Yestingsmeir Invitational, hosted by Ball State.
