WASHINGTON (July 20, 2026) – Howard University Department of Athletics and the local McDonald's Owner Operators across the Greater Washington, D.C., Baltimore, and Eastern Shore area unveiled a new multi-year deal that launched Wednesday, July 1.

This partnership features McDonald's as an Official Corporate Sponsor of Howard Athletics, reflecting a shared commitment to Howard's student-athletes, the surrounding community and Bison Nation.

As part of the sponsorship, McDonald's will have a presence at Howard Athletics games and events throughout the year, with additional student-athlete mentorship programs as well.
