WASHINGTON (August 14, 2025) - During the day,
Bianca Sullivan serves as an Inclusion, Equity and Belonging Business Partner at DraftKings, collaborating with the global human resources team to foster a culture of belonging, particularly in light of the company's rapidly growing technology and engineering teams. With employees located throughout North America, Bulgaria, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Ukraine, Israel and Canada, Sullivan's efforts span the globe with a lasting impact.
Outside of her corporate job, Sullivan is a committed community leader, serving as President of the Howard University Alumni Club of Massachusetts and as a board member for METCO Inc., the nation's most extensive voluntary school integration program. For Sullivan, advancing equitable practices and building meaningful relationships is not only part of her job but also part of her identity.
Sullivan's evolution began on the lacrosse field during her time at Howard University within the first-ever HBCU Division I Women's Lacrosse program. It sparked her love for the sports business, which she has experienced exploring through professional roles at FOX News, NBC Sports Group and currently at DraftKings. At each stage, she has had the opportunity to assailing convention, breaking barriers or leading productive change to clarify their values in practice and content in all sectors.
Her commitment and leadership have earned her many accolades, including the 2024 Howard University Alumni Presidents' Award, 2024 Boston Celtics and "Hero Among Us." She was featured in the 2023 Color Magazine Power 50 list of Diversity Officers and named Chief Connector of the Year by Boston While Black in 2023. Sullivan won the Rising Star award from Women in Sports & Events (WISE) in 2020.
From breaking ground on the field at Howard to serving in diversity and equity roles in boardrooms and communities around the world, Sullivan embodies the values of excellence, service and leadership. Her work and dedication to lift others and create inclusive spaces make this a true example of what it means to be a Bison long after you leave.
