GAME NOTES

NCAT

Walker is one of the top freshmen in the country, currently ranked in the Top 50 in scoring but more importantly, fourth among all of the top scoring freshmen in the college basketball. In the CAA, he is third in both free throw and field goal percentage, fifth in scoring and 10th in rebounding. As a team, the Aggies are sixth in team field goal percentage.

HOWARD

Graduate guard Bryce Harris (Brentwood, N.Y.) has established himself as one of the best players in the country, currently ranked 14th in points per game and free throw attempts…In the MEAC (Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference), Harris leads the conference in scoring and frontrunner for MEAC Player of the Year…Junior guard Alex Cotton (Carrollton, Texas) ranks second in both three-point shooting percentage and three pointers made per game…Junior guard Cam Gillus (Falls Church, Va.) is fourth in assists and steals and seventh in assists/turnover ratio and free throw shooting…Freshman guard Jeremiah Johnson (Potomac, Md.) is second in steals…Howard is averaging 7.3 three-point field goals made per game and shooting almost 40-percent from beyond the arc…In MEAC play, the Bison are first in sharing of the ball (17 assists per game) and takeaways (9.1)…Okojie has been a pleasant surprise after missing much of the past two seasons with various medical issues, having his best scoring season in a Bison uniform…Sophomore forward Travelle Bryson (Anderson, S.C.), who has been a major contributor off the Howard bench, did not suit up versus Bowie State (Dec. 6).
