NORFOLK, Va. (June 10, 2024) – The 2024 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) football season kicks off with Football Media Day Tuesday (July 23) at noon.
 
The Countdown to Kickoff Media Day Show will be held at the Hilton Norfolk The Main Hotel in downtown Norfolk, Va., and broadcasted on ESPN+.
 
All MEAC football head coaches, along with select student-athletes from each institution, will be present to participate in photo ops and interviews about the upcoming season. The full list of media day student-athlete attendees will be announced at a later date.
 
The 2024 MEAC Preseason Predicted Order of Finish and All-MEAC Football teams will also be announced during the Football Media Day event.
 
The in-person media session begins at 9 a.m., and a live Countdown to Kickoff Media Day Show airs on ESPN+ at noon.
 
Media interested in attending the MEAC Football Media Day may submit their credential application HERE.
 
Howard opens the 2024 campaign at Rutgers Thursday (Aug. 29), live on the Big Ten Network. Kickoff at 6 p.m., inside SHI Stadium.
