Kaiya Creek (Seat Pleasant, Md.) of the women's basketball team about her time at The Hilltop.
Q: What is your fondest memory at Howard?
A: My fondest memory at Howard was winning the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) championship in my sophomore year.
Q: What made you fall in love with basketball?
A: My grandad was the one who pushed me to play basketball. He put the ball in my hands and he helped me fall in love with the sport.
Q: Who do you model your game after?
A: The player I model my game after the most would be
Luka Doncic (NBA Star).
Q: How have you balanced basketball, life and studies?
A: The biggest thing for me has been to be efficient with my time management. That is what helped me the most throughout my career.
Q: What advice do you have for future Bison?
A: My biggest advice would be to enjoy every moment because you only get a short amount of time here so make sure you enjoy it.
Q: Who is your favorite artist to listen to?
A: My favorite artist to listen to is
Lil Baby (American Rapper).
Q: What (or who) will you miss the most at Howard?
A: I am going to miss the environment at Howard.
