Elkton, Md. (April 4, 2024) – No. 57 Delaware (UD) defeated the Howard University men's tennis team, 7-0, at the Elkton Tennis Center in Elkton, Md.
 
UD (14-1) grabbed the upper hand early, winning two matchups in doubles play.
 
In singles competition, junior Daniel Dunac (Washington) competed in the No. 5 slot where they dropped a hard-fought three set bout to UD's Udayan Bhakar (7-5, 3-6, 4-10).
 
Delaware won the other five singles matches in straight sets.
 
On Monday (April 15), Howard gets ready for an exhilarating match as they gear up to take on Coppin State in Baltimore.
