WASHINGTON (April 13, 2024) – Howard University football team wrapped up its 15-practice spring slate with the annual Blue-White Game Saturday afternoon at Greene Stadium.
The event offered Bison Nation an opportunity to see the 2024 squad, which also coincided with DMV Day, one of the busiest days of the year for the program, featuring a scavenger hunt, player panel and lunch planned for prospective student-athletes.
For the game, the fans saw a highly, competitive matchup between First Team Offense (Blue) versus Second Team Defense (White) and Second Team Offense (Blue) versus First Team Defense (White).
Howard enjoyed a 2023 campaign that saw the Bison win back-to-back Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Championships and earn the program's first bid to the Cricket Celebration Bowl.
For the upcoming 2024 season, head coach
Larry Scott returns several key Bison, including MEAC Defensive Player of the Year and 2023 Aeneas Williams Award winner
Kenny Gallop, Jr. (Portsmouth, Va.).
