Destiny Howell (Queens, N.Y.) scored 21 points but it was not enough as Georgetown University got past the Bison, 69-63, in a nonconference tilt at Burr Gymnasium.
SETON HALL
Seton Hall (5-2) snapped a two-game losing streak with a 59-53 win over San Francisco. The Pirates got a game-high 26 from Savanna Catalon and 14 points from Shailyn Pinkney to secure the home victory.
SERIES RECORD
This is only the third meeting between the two schools since 2006 with both programs splitting the previous two matchups.
The Bison won, 63-44, on December 28, 2011, and the Pirates prevailed, 66-47, on November 17, 2006.
