NEW ORLEANS (February 13, 2023) – Howard University women's golf team dropped six spots at the Tulane Classic, presented by Chad Brownstein.
HU sits tied for 13
th overall, shooting 51-over par (627). In day two, the Bison shot 314 (+26).
Individually, graduate
Kyra Cox (South Salem, N.Y.) and sophomore
Kendall Jackson (Pearland, Texas) led the way, sitting tied for 22
nd and 24
th, respectively.
Purdue holds a 16-stroke advantage over Tulane with one round remaining.
Chattanooga's Kera Healey stands two strokes better than the Boilermakers' Ashley Kozlowski.
The tournament continues Monday (Feb. 13) with a 10 a.m. (ET)/9 a.m. (CT) shotgun time.
