“Where Are They Now?” Featuring Rachael Lee

Former soccer standout turned account manager

WASHINGTON (May 27, 2021) – In 2007, Rachael Lee, a striker from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, joined the Howard University women's soccer team after receiving a full scholarship.
 
She started all four years for the Bison (2007-11), serving as co-captain during her junior and senior campaigns (2010 & 2011). In her final year, the accounting major was named to the Great West All-Conference Team for the East Division before graduating cum laude from HU's School of Business.
 
After graduation, Lee began to pursue her career in Washington, D.C. and currently, she serves as Accounting Manager for the Foundation for the National Institutes of Health (FNIH) in Rockville, Maryland.
 
She has continued her love of soccer, playing with District Sports. She also served as a referee for the league.
 
Residing in Northeast D.C., she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.

The weekly series of "Where Are They Now?" appears each Thursday throughout the year.
 
The series will feature former student-athletes from all sports and eras, highlighting their careers as athletes at the University and what they are presently doing.
