Now, Ridgeway enters her 17

In addition to her academic responsibilities, she serves as the sport administrator to the Marquette Men's and Women's Cross Country and Track & Field teams as well as the departments designated Athletics Diversity and Inclusion Designee (ADID) to focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
During her time with the Golden Eagles, she acted as the athletic academic advisor for Marquette women's volleyball standout and Howard Women's Volleyball assistant coach
Ciara Jones, who was inducted into the Marquette University M Club Hall of Fame in 2018.
Currently, she serves as the Chair of the NCAA Research Committee.
In her spare time, she enjoys running while advocating and mentoring fellow breast cancer survivors. Ridgeway resides in her hometown of Milwaukee with her husband and nine-year-old daughter.
