LAST TIMEOUT
Sunday (Sept. 14), the Bison ended its brief homestand with a 1-0 victory over Virginia Military Institute (VMI) in an intense, nonconference matchup at Greene Stadium.
At the 85-minute mark, sophomore defender
Kendall Macauly (Toronto, Canada) delivered the match-winning goal on a penalty kick and propelled HU to victory.
Although the Keydets outshot HU, 23-13, senior goalkeeper
Alayah Hightower (Largo, Md.) kept VMI over the board and tied a career-high 12 saves in the victory.

HOWARD
For HU (3-1), they look to extend its winning streak to three after back-to-back home victories over Robert Morris, 2-1, and VMI, 1-0. Currently, the Bison are 0-1 away from Greene Stadium with the lone loss at Longwood, 2-0. This season, Howard is a perfect 3-0 in contest decided by one goal.
NAVY
Navy (7-1) enters Tuesday night riding a six-match winning streak, including a 3-2 victory at La Salle. The squad has a 3-1 home mark with their lone loss coming in double overtime to SEC foe LSU, 1-0. Cadie Higginson and Baseley McClaskey lead the Mids with a pair of goals each.
UPCOMING SCHEDULE
After more than a week off, Howard returns to the field in Birmingham, Ala., where they will take on Jackson State (Sept. 27) and Southern (Sept. 29) in league play. Friday's clash with the Tigers starts 8:30 p.m. (ET), followed by Sunday match versus the Jaguars at noon (ET)
