Over the weekend, HU went 2-0 and improved to 12-1 in league play.
Friday (Nov. 8), Howard returned to The Burr with a dominating performance over Delaware State, winning in straight sets (25-8, 25-22, 25-14).
Yesterday (Nov. 10), the Bison secured its third straight win after downing Maryland Eastern Shore in straight sets (29-27, 25-22, 25-19) inside Burr Gymnasium.

HOWARD
HU (15-12, 12-1 MEAC) is only one win away from being the outright champion of the MEAC Northern Division. Howard has won 13 in a row over the Spartans to extend its lead in the all-time series, 23-5.

Kira Porter (Lake Tahoe, Nev.) earned Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Women's Volleyball Co-Defensive Specialist of the Week.
NORFOLK STATE
NSU (1-22, 1-12 MEAC) has lost eight consecutive matches, including their last encounter with the Bison (Oct. 18). Despite not qualifying for the conference tourney, Norfolk State looks to end the season on a high note.
Senior Halley McKnight ranks ninth in service aces (0.38) while fellow classmate Bojana Bolozan is fourth in blocks (0.94). Freshman Myleah Carter stands 10
th in digs (3.43).
UPCOMING SEASON
Friday (Nov. 15), Howard ends the regular season with South Carolina State inside Burr Gymnasium on Senior Night. Match time is set for 6 p.m.
