NORFOLK, Va. (DECEMBER 12, 2017) – The Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) revealed its weekly accolades and Howard University's freshman
RJ Cole received his third rookie of the week award. The announcement came Tuesday evening.
Cole averaged 16 points, seven assists, four steals and three rebounds over the past week against D.C. foes Georgetown (GU) and American (AU). The New Jersey native registered 17 points and eight assists at GU, followed by a 15-point, six-assist, and five-rebound performance at AU.
Sophomore
Charles Williams earned honorable mention after averaging 23 points and 5.5 rebounds, which was highlighted by a 28-point performance against the Hoyas.
