WEST LONG BRANCH, NJ --- The Howard men's soccer team was held scoreless for a second consecutive contest, losing a 5-0 match against Monmouth University Sunday afternoon at Hesse Field.

Sophomore forward Kyle Celestine came off the bench and took half of Howard's (0-4) eight shots but the team was unable to threaten Monmouth (1-3) offensively, getting only one shot on goal.

The Bison were outshot 13-8 and were at a 4-1 disadvantage in corner kicks.
