FAST FACTS
-    Volleyball, the Preseason pick to win the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Northern Division crown, will open conference play on the road against the league-leading Hawks of UMES and at home against Delaware State - teams Howard swept in 2014 without conceding a single set.
-    Women's Soccer will begin its Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) title defense with a pair of Alabama matches against ASU and AAMU. Howard won last year's matches 1-0 (AAMU) and 3-2 (ASU).
-    Men's Soccer, still in search of its first win of the season, will begin a five-game road slate (September 25 - October 10) with its matchup against Saint Joseph's.
-    Football will attempt to win its first game of the year and tie up its MEAC record when it faces Morgan State at historic Soldier Field in Chicago.
-    Cross Country's meet at George Washington comes a couple of weeks after a solid showing at Delaware State which saw both programs finish in the top four of the field (women 3rd, men 4th).
-    The Bison Swim-A-Thon marks the unofficial start of the Swimming & Diving season, with the program's Alumni Meet happening next week and the first official meet - at home against George Washington - scheduled for two weeks after that (October 17 at 1 p.m.)
