WASHINGTON, DC --- Howard Men's Soccer (0-2) continues its opening season road slate with a crosstown matchup with the American University Eagles on Thursday afternoon.

-    Thursday's match against American is the third consecutive contest for Howard versus DMV competition after opening the year in Fairfax, VA at George Mason's Kuykenstrong DC College Cup.
-    Sophomore forward Kyle Celestine has picked up where he left off last season. The team's scoring leader in 2014 (three goals, six points) already has two goals and four points after two matches.
-    The last time Howard and American met was 2012, with the Bison falling to AU 7-0 on August 30.
-    Graduate student Sam Howard was named to the Kuykenstrong DC College Cup All-Tournament team after making 15 saves in Howard's two matches against Mason and George Washington.
-    HU will make its home debut on Tuesday, September 15 at 4 p.m. against Liberty University.
