SANTA CLARA, CA --- The Howard softball team traveled out west to California recently to begin a 11-game road trip in the Golden State. Unfortunately for the Lady Bison, the opening weekend of the trip concluded with a four-game sweep in the Santa Clara Marriott Invitational, hosted by Santa Clara University.
