WASHINGTON, DC --- Matching the energy and excitement of Friday's dual meet against North Carolina A&T, the Howard swimming teams hosted Drexel University Saturday afternoon for their Senior Day meet. Although the women's team fell 96-77 and the men's team lost 115-69, there were some performances to be proud of, especially for the program's 11 seniors.

SENIOR BEST PERFORMANCES
BRIANA DILLON - Helped Howard nearly match its 200 Yard Medley and Freestyle times from NCAT with times of 1:59.38 and 1:44.42 respectively.
MARISSA GENTRY - Finished 3rd in 200 Yard Freestyle with a time of 2:04.34 in her return from a back injury.
CALEAH GREGOIRE - Swam 4th in the 200 Yard IM in 2:39.81 in her first meet back from shoulder surgery.
MOHAMED BOUZAGHRANE - Finished 4th in the 200 Yard IM with a mark of 2:16.27.
EMEKA BROOKS - Posted a 5th Place finish in the 50 Yard Freestyle (24.08).
DEXTER BROWN - 2nd in the 100 Yard Backstroke with a time of 1:03.20 in one of his first meets back.
MATTHEW CALHOUN - Anchored Howard's second 200 Yard Freestyle Relay team to a mark of 1:42.11.
MILES HECTOR - Swam strong in a two-man 1000 Yard Freestyle, finishing with a time of 10:44.36.
DARELL HUNGERFORD - Posted a 1:34.13 mark in the 200 Yard Freestyle Relay
TRENT POPOVICH - Finished 3rd in the 100 Yard Butterfly (56.84) in one of his first meets back.
BENJAMIN SKELDING - Swam 57.45 in the 100 Yard Backstroke for 3rd Place
