AMES, IA --- The Howard women's basketball team will look to end its time competing in the Iowa State Cyclone Challenge on a high note as the Lady Bison take on Brown University in the tournament Consolation Game at 6 p.m. Eastern.

"STARTING FIVE" POINTS?

1. The last time Howard and Brown played, the Bears were the hosts of a holiday event. Howard fell to Brown, 65-61, on December 1, 2007 in the Bear Basketball Classic.
2. Sophomore forward Sydni Johnson tied redshirt sophomore guard Te'Shya Heslip for the team lead in double-doubles against Iowa State, scoring 11 points and pulling down 10 rebounds vs the host Cyclones.
3. Today's game will be the first that Howard has played with no players out due to injury.
4. Heslip continues to lead Howard in all three major categories - scoring (15.2 PPG), rebounding (5.4 RPG) and assists (5.2 APG).
5. The Lady Bison will conclude non-conference play on Wednesday, January 7 with a road contest against Cornell.
