GAME NOTES
VIDEOLIVE STATSBROOKLYN, NY --- The Howard women's basketball team, fresh off of their first win of the season, will look to win its first road game of the year when the Lady Bison take on the LIU Brooklyn Blackbirds on Sunday, November 14 at 1 p.m.
Howard (1-8) will be facing a team in LIU (1-6) that also won its last game, beating NJIT 57-48 on December 11.
The Lady Bison, who hold a 5-4 lead in the all-time series against the Blackbirds, will look to replicate the effort they put forth in their first win of the year vs North Carolina Central. Three players - senior forward
Cheyenne Brown, sophomore forward
Sydni Johnson and redshirt sophomore
Te'Shya Heslip - scored in double digits and combined for 52 of HU's 70 points.
