BALTIMORE, MD --- The Howard women's volleyball team will begin play in the 2014 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Tournament Friday evening at 7 p.m. when the Lady Bison - the Northern Division Co-Champion and North No. 2 seed - take on the South No. 3 seed North Carolina A&T at the Coppin State University Physical Education Complex.

The matchup is a rematch of the 2013 Tournament opener which Howard (18-10, 11-1 MEAC) defeated A&T (6-21, 6-4 MEAC) in straight sets. The winner will take on the winner of Morgan State - Florida A&M in the Semifinals.
