Box Score WASHINGTON, DC --- The Howard women's volleyball team won its sixth consecutive game, defeating the Norfolk State Spartans, 3-0, in Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) action Friday evening in Burr Gymnasium.

The Lady Bison swept the three sets, 26-24, 25-21 and 25-17.

With the win, Howard (15-9, 8-1 MEAC) claimed the season series over Norfolk State (1-21, 1-9 MEAC) without surrendering a set in the two games.

The Lady Bison remain in second place in the Northern Division ahead of their No. 1 vs No. 2 showdown against division leader Hampton on Sunday, November 2. First serve is set for 3 p.m. at The Burr.
