Howard University Athletics

In 2025, Melea Earley returned to her alma mater as Howard University Director of Operations for the women's soccer program.

Earley was a four-year standout before joining the staff, earning NEC All-Conference honors four time while leading the Bison to their first conference regular season and tournament titles.

Academically, she made the NEC Fall Academic Honor Roll three times and earned a spot on the CSC (College Sports Communicators) Soccer Academic All-District Team.

Early hails from La Mirada, Calif., where she earned a bachelor's degree in environmental studies.
