Meeko Harrison

In 2026, Meeko Harrison joined the Howard University softball team as an assistant coach, bringing passion for the game, commitment to excellence and dedication to player development.

Before joining Howard, Harrison spent two seasons as a graduate assistant at Texas Southern University, developing student-athletes on and off the field. Last season, three Tigers received postseason honors while winning 30 games for the first time since 2014.

Prior to her coaching career, Harrison had a successful playing career at the University of Kentucky.

Harrison was a four-year letterman at Etiwanda High School, posting over a .490 batting average in her final two seasons.
