In 2024, Chinonso Emenim joined the Howard University Sports Medicine staff as an assistant athletic trainer.
Prior to his role at Howard, Emenim completed a Master of Science in Athletic Training degree at Indiana University where he spent time assisting with the coverage of multiple teams, including women’s basketball, wrestling, football and men’s soccer. During his time at Indiana, Emenim also completed an athletic training student internship with the Cleveland Browns (2023).
Before coming to Indiana University, the South Bend, Indiana native attended Purdue University as an undergraduate student studying kinesiology, graduating with distinction from the Purdue University Honors College in 2022.
In his free time, Emenim can typically be found reading or playing basketball with friends.
