2022-23 (Outdoor): MEAC Champion … finished among the top 5 in her ?nal four hammer throw competitions during the outdoor season … earned All-MEAC Second Team honors after placing second overall (177’11”) at the MEAC Outdoor Championships (May 9-11) … placed second at the Towson Spring Open (March 31-April 1) and Bison Classic (April 8), producing 177’10” and 180’9”), respectively … finished fourth overall at the UF Tom Jones Invite (April 14-15), tossing a season best 186’10” …
2022-23 (Indoor): MEAC and Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Champion … made the 2023 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Indoor All-Academic Team … won MEAC Field Athlete of the Week (Feb. 15) … earned All-MEAC First Team honors after winning gold in the weight throw (62’3.75”) at the MEAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 19-21) … won the weight throw at the VCU Indoor Invite (Jan. 8) and Navy Invite I (Dec. 3), tossing 60’1.25” and 60’7.25”, respectively … finished second overall in the weight throw at the Seahawk Shootout (Dec. 9), Rod McCravy Invite (Jan. 13-14) and Carolina Challenge (Jan. 20-21), throwing 59’6.75”, 62’4” and 60’2.5”, respectively.
