Personal: Pursuing a Master's in Health Administration… Chose Howard University for its health care and science academic options, the community, proximity to home, and the competition in track… She hails from Laurel, MD… Her hobbies include music making, art, health and fitness, and personal training, with a goal of competing in the LA Olympics… She would like to be mentored by Anita Wlodarczyk because she is currently known as the greatest of all time, with multiple Olympic championships and holding the world record… She believes her relentless drive, passion for her specific event, and empathy make her unique, especially since she had a "late" start in track but worked hard enough to reach this level.

High School: Was a two-time Women's Athlete of the Year and received the Sportsmanship Award.
