2025 (Junior): Season best in the 50 free SCY (23.51), 50 Back SCY (26.94), 100 back SCY(56.58) & 200 Back SCY (2:06.76) at the Northeast Conference Champions … season best in the 50 free SCM (27.73) with a 2nd place win , 50 back SCM (32.23) & 100 back SCM (1:07.24) at MSMU (Nov. 14) … season best 100 free SCY (52.53) and H2ounds Invitational (Nov. 23).

Before Howard: Attended the Mcdonogh School and swam on the Eagle Swim Team.
Personal: She loves animals and food... Is from Pikesville, Maryland.... She got into swimming because she loved being in the water as a baby and her mom put her into lessons...She enjoys hanging out with friends and currently has a pet turtle
