2025 (Junior): Recorded a Personal best in the 50 Free SCY (24.05), 200 Back SCY (2:05.82) & a 3rd place win in the 100 Back SCY (1:06.07) at Northeast Conference Championships … Season best in the 50 Back SCY (26.89) at H2ounds Invitational (Nov. 21) … Season best in the 50 Back SCM (29.92) & 100 back SCM (1:06.07) at Mount St. Mary’s (Nov. 14).

Before Howard: Representing Bermuda in Carifta and Cccan winning medals .
Personal: I'm a sophomore Finance major from Bermuda... In my free time, I love styling hair and spending time with family and friends.... From the age of 3, my parents introduced me to a variety of sports. As the years passed, I focused on track and swimming... After suffering knee injuries, I chose swimming as my main sport and have been dedicated to it ever since.
