Before Howard: Achievements include being a Governor General’s Medal nominee, Honor Roll, and receiving a Certificate of Recognition for Exceptional Commitment to Community. She was also an Alec-Reid Award Finalist (Quebec Student-Athlete Association)
Personal: Major is Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Environmental Science… Chose Howard University to be challenged academically and in the pool, and to swim on an all-Black team… hails from Montreal, Quebec, Canada… Her long-term goal is to make a qualifying time for the 2028 Canadian Olympic Trials… She would like to be mentored by Simone Manuel because her performance in Rio 2016 inspired her to dream big… She believes her resilience and leadership make her unique as an athlete… Her favorite professional sports team is the Washington Mystics… She thinks she resembles Sasha Obama… She would like to be on the reality show Project Runway… Pre-game playlist includes "Headlines" by Drake, "Crazy In Love" by Beyoncé, and "SOS" by Rihanna.
