High School: Graduated with a BA in Political Science and a minor in Criminology, achieving Magna Cum Laude honors.
Athletic Honors: Holds the Howard record in the 1650 (2022) and the 200 Fly (2023), and placed 3rd in the NEC for the 200 Fly in 2023.

Before Howard: Was a member of York YMCA for 18 years and still competes with them. I got into swimming after trying 4 other sports and have been swimming ever since
Personal: Major is pursuing a Master's in Sociology… Chose Howard University for its family-oriented program and to be part of a team that understands her struggles… hails from York, Pennsylvania… Her hobbies include listening to music, painting, coloring, and scrolling on TikTok… She would like to be mentored by Simone Manuel because, as a Black swimmer, she has faced similar challenges in a predominantly white sport and inspires others to break boundaries… She believes her leadership and support for her teammates make her unique as an athlete… Her favorite professional sports team is the Philadelphia Eagles… She thinks she resembles Corbin Bleu… She would like to be on the reality show Love Island… Pre-game playlist is not applicable.
