Everett Whiten Jr. joined the Bison after a successful freshman campaign at Hampton University.
(2020 - 2021) - Howard: Selected to the 2021 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Commissioner's All-Academic Team ... Whiten Jr. took home All-MEAC honors after placing fifth at the 2021 MEAC Golf Championship shooting (77-41-75-193 +11).
At the Golden Horseshoe Intercollegiate hosted by William & Mary, he finished in the top 50 after shooting (80-73-72-225)
Whiten Jr. And Odom Jr. teamed up during match play to defeat Navy Gold and Navy Blue team to take the Match Play By the Bay tournament title, and they followed that up defeating Georgetown in the Local DMV Matchplay.
Best Round: Whiten carded 80-73-72-225, shot a team-best 72 in the third round, improved 16 spots on the last day.

All-Freshman team honors. A native of Chesapeake, Whiten leads the team in stroke average at 76.48. He carded a season-low round of 69, three-under-par, at the Savannah State Fall Invitational and had a tournament-low total of 220 at the UMES Collegiate Golf Challenge, where he finished in third. At the Big South Conference championships, he finished tied for 33rd with rounds of 80-71-81 for a 232.
